Ordering
We accept orders via this website, fax, mail and telephone. For mail or fax orders use our printable order form. Our printable order form is on the checkout page after you choose your shipping method. (You won't be asked for your credit card information until after that point.) Order items on this website and at the checkout click the printable order form button to print your order form with the correct shipping and order totals. You can then either enter your credit card information and fax it to us, or send a check with the order form to the address on the order form.

Just search for the item number on our SEARCH page. (You can find the "SEARCH" page link at the top of every page under our Electriciansupplies Logo as well as in the bottom "Find It" column.)

What forms of payment do you accept?
Electriciansupplies.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, bank checks and personal checks (US currency). Sorry, no C.O.D's.

Shipping: FOB origin
All damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days. If the package is obviously damaged, customer should sign for the shipment as "damaged" and make a claim with the carrier. If the package shows no obvious signs of damage but the merchandise is damaged when the box is opened, contact Customer Service. The carrier is responsible for breakage in transit. ElectricianSupplies.com will assist in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage.

Residential or Commercial shipping address?
Within the continuous 48 states, we charge actual UPS shipping. UPS charges less for deliveries to commercial addresses. When you enter your shipping information, you may want to enter a shipping address that is a commercial address, if you have one. You will be asked if your shipping address is commercial or residential when you first enter your shipping information.

Express Shipping
Express orders are charged the actual shipping cost (based on weight and size of package). Choose 1 day, 2 day, or 3 day UPS in the menu on the Shipping options page whn you check out.

Ordering from outside the continental U.S.?
We charge the actual shipping cost to FPO, APO, Alaska, Hawaii and other countries. For a quote for international shipping, complete order and select "INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE " on the Shipping Options page after you checkout. If you do not need a quote for International Shipping and are okay with being charged actual shipping costs (we'll choose the most reasonable method) you can select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS - NO QUOTE on the shipping options page after you checkout.

Return policy:
Product determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced or credit will be issued at the discretion of ElectricianSupplies.com. Product must be returned with prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization (RMA)#. Issuance of an RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit to be taken. Product returned as defective, and is not, will be returned to the customer. Product returned due to ordering errors, or product no longer wanted by the customer, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, provided that ElectricianSupplies.com agrees to take back the merchandise. Special orders may not be returned. No returns after 60 days.

Warranty:
ElectricianSupplies.com warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to ElectricianSupplies.com and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer.

Purchaser shall notify ElectricianSupplies.com of any product that purchaser believes to be defective that is covered by the warranties set forth in this warranty statement. At ElectricianSupplies.com's option, such products shall be returned by Purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid, to ElectricianSupplies.com. Based on examination and testing by the applicable product manufacturer, ElectricianSupplies.com shall repair or replace with the same or comparable product or issue an appropriate credit. In the event of a warranty adjustment, ElectricianSupplies.com shall pay appropriate shipping charges, when applicable, to return product to the Purchaser.
